Having created and project managed a huge variety of showhome projects since 2001, Cocoa Designs has the experience to create stylish and aspirational interiors to reflect a wide spectrum of client briefs, budgets and timescales. Whatever the requirement, from a small Showhome based study sales area, to a Sales Cabin or Marketing Suite, Cocoa Designs can supply the ideal sales environment. Mixing design integrity with practicality and durability, we design the most effective space, whilst ensuring furnishings conform to all applicable regulations.

Working with developers and private clients alike, we design and manage the installation of bespoke, made to measure curtains and blinds. Our experience in product selection and the range of fabrics and treatments available is extensive, and our fitters install on a national basis. Our service includes a free of charge consultation to ascertain the scope of the project and client preferences before a full specification and estimate are created.

Working with mainstream and retirement developers, we create and project manage incentive packs to assist with the sale of new homes. Be it curtain, lighting or flooring packages, we design a collection best suited to the prestige of the development and the incentive value. Working with on-site sales teams, our services include consultations with the purchaser and full project management of their incentive, to ensure an enjoyable and stress-free transition into their new home.

Cocoa Designs provides a full internal specification service, from kitchen and bathroom selections, to paint colours, tiles and flooring, and the review of plans and electrical layouts. Be it as part of a showhome project, for a private client, or to assist developers and their purchasers select options for their new homes, we can assist with any project, regardless of scale.

We provide a comprehensive flooring service which includes the supply and fitting of carpet, real wood, laminates and luxury vinyls for the new homes market. Our supplier relationships ensure we can provide a wide-ranging selection of products at the most effective price point for your project, all available for installation on a national basis.
